That\u2019s at least 400 on G2, 400 on Capterra\/Software Advice, 100 on the App Store, and another 100 on Google Play. I read across the full 1-to-5-star range, with filters set to recent first. I [Alex Melidioniotis] handpicked each quote from reviews that were live on the sites mentioned above as of October 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-color=\"transparent\">Incentivized and AI-generated reviews offer little value, so I needed a reliable way to exclude them. Here\u2019s what I did:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span data-color=\"transparent\">When counting themes, I focused on <\/span><strong><span data-color=\"transparent\">recurring compliments or complaints<\/span><\/strong><span data-color=\"transparent\">. I filtered out many 5-star reviews that seemed suspicious (i.e., too perfect).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span data-color=\"transparent\">Why? <\/span><strong><span data-color=\"transparent\">Most 5-star reviews came through a seller invite<\/span><\/strong><span data-color=\"transparent\"> and were labeled \u201cVendor Referred\u201d or \u201cIncentive Offered.\u201d One review even ends with \u201cLet me know if you&#8217;d like it even shorter, more formal, or tailored for a specific use.\u201d No, thanks, ChatGPT.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong><span data-color=\"transparent\">I focused on the text, rather than the scores themselves.<\/span><\/strong><span data-color=\"transparent\"> The most honest complaints are buried deep inside <\/span><em><span data-color=\"transparent\">real<\/span><\/em><span data-color=\"transparent\"> 5-star reviews (e.g., issues with face recognition), and conversely, the most honest compliments (e.g., quick setup) hide within 2- and 3-star reviews.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong><span data-color=\"transparent\">Every quote I list below was in the original pool I created.<\/span><\/strong><span data-color=\"transparent\"> I include the reviewer\u2019s name as shown on the platform, the platform itself, the date, and the rating.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong><span data-color=\"transparent\">I cross-checked my notes<\/span><\/strong><span data-color=\"transparent\"> against G2\u2019s pros-and-cons tallies and Capterra\u2019s topic sentiment.
