Its usability score of 8.7\/10 is based on only three ratings. Similarly, Trustpilot has an <\/span><strong><span data-color=\"transparent\">incredibly low overall score of 1.9\/5<\/span><\/strong><span data-color=\"transparent\">. Although the sample of 495 reviews is much larger than TrustRadius, they tend to center on support and billing complaints rather than criticism of the platform\u2019s functionality.
