Don’t let other people dictate how you feel. Working with others is supposed to be enjoyable and creative, not depressing and demotivating.

We are more likely to remember things if we write them down. And so, create a to-do list to have all your tasks under control. Make a list of things you need to include when working on a particular project. You may even try writing a journal to see what went wrong and work with it on your mistakes at work.
